Light spots on Sour Stomper!

.... yes, me too, on my photo grow last season... P source tapped out too soon, and I had to scramble to get emergency P in there, but when it happens right at critical bud-set time, it's difficult to correct and make up the loss! :cuss: IMO, don't give KS any more of your money!... try Mephisto's (GBD's) soil mix packet for a similar application,...

GBD's is definitely the plan next time!

I tried to feed em some more overdrive and calmag tonight but they were still heavy from last night's extra water. I watered them twice last night to add in the AN Overdrive. First watering did not have it.

Symptoms have also worsened on all 3 plants. Seems to be a combination of low P and low cal... We shall see how they recover tomorrow!

I have a Kind Soil grow in my signature that I grew a little while back. I used just Kind Soil and Roots Organic Original and no additional nutes just to test the "water only" claim. They grew so good right up to about where yours are now, then started falling apart bad. I did harvest a crop, but it was less than half what it could and should have been. I had enough Kind Soil left over to try one more plant. When she started into flower, I started adding AN Big Bud and GH CaliMagic both at 2 ml/L and later switched to AN Overdrive and CaliMagic. That plant yielded way better than the first two plants, but still nothing to write home about. By the way, I am 100 percent sure that the Kind Soil that I got was infested with fungus gnats when I got it.

I just went through and read your thread... Shit!! If I had seen your thread, I would have given them nutes a week or two ago!

My bigger Sour Stomper was growing a little over 1 inch a day, then slowed a little, and then I noticed the leaves... Then I noticed the spots. That is when it clicked that something was wrong. Now that I stop ignoring the old leaves, I am seeing all of the signs of P def! They just died quicker, so I didn't notice their spots.

Evening bro. My last two grows were with KindSoil, same issues. Luckily @Heavily Medicated and @Waira helped guide me to a sucsessful harvest, but damaged by the water only claim. GO CalMg+, AN Carboload and AN Overdrive saved it. I've since switched to a light mix soil to have more control. Best of luck with your grow

Thanks! Yeah I just read Heavily Medicated's grow... I wish I had seen it before! Would've definitely added nutes... Hopefully I have slowed it down now.

New pictures...

This is the same leaf I posted in the first pictures. So if you look back at those, you can see that this leaf has progressed unfortunately.

She has definitely gotten worse since I originally posted.

..as expected mate, until sufficient nutes get in there and "working", progression will continue,.. may be a few days beofe halting occurs, most damage will not repair or reverse,... some hammered leaves will tap out and croak anyway,.. but keep in mind this is what the fans are for, a nutrient reserve, so some crappy looking leaves are not a reflection of the bud quality!
yeah, I see more solid Ca defc. symptoms too, along with P defc.,... We need an in-pot pH, but that's not available for now, until they dry out,.. even then, you're adding nute's so a crude run-off test will still be skewed,... but it seems less likely this is a pH lockout issue... Big picture, there's basically 3 ways defc.'s happen: plain lack of; pH lockout (chemistry changes from off-pH make them unavailable); toxicity/salt build-up, which interferes with the uptake of other nutrients, or the roots are under osmotic stress from the super high external ppm/EC in the soil, and so aren't working,... In that latter two cases, adding more nutes will make matters worse! In your case, using KS, tox'/salts build up aren't in play,....

Yeah, I definitely was not expecting them to get better, just hoping it will stop spreading in a couple days. I was also sharing the new photos because they seem to support the theory that it is a P and Ca defc.

I am optimistic that I am correcting the issue now :)

Everything looked to be slowing down until I opened the tent today... :(

We are at day 52 and starting to fatten up. Not good timing :(
