What ever i can get my hands on - Currently working on White Widows
Hi.

My W.W is in soil under LED.
25-26°C about 60% RH
Last watered 3 days before photo was taken.
About 1L PH water with a low dose of GHE micro, bloom, grow - 2ml of each to about 5L water.

Any ideas? IMG_20170902_173512.jpg

Problem: New growth on the bottom of the plant is spotted and lighter.

Medium/grow method:
Pre-nuted organic soil

Feed: and supplements used:
PH regulated tap water with a light dose og GHE Micro, Grow, Bloom - About 2ml of each pr. 5L water

water source:
Chlorine free tap water - PH adjusted to about 6.5

Strain/age:
Zenseeds White Widow Auto - Day 20 from sprout

light used:
"Hans LED" 80W - 20/4

Climate:
Tent - 25-26C and 60-62%ish RH

Additional info:
When the plants where young they may have suffered some light burn, nute burn and or PH lock because of unregulated tap water - this is seen on some of the older lower foliage.

Is that pic by your thumb a separate plant or part of the bigger plant next to it?

Both photos are the same plant - the closeup is just of the troubled area - some new growth that is miscolored.
Overall the plants looks ok to me, I'm just concerned that this will become a bigger issue in time.

It looks like you have a nice big stem growing from that plant.Any growth that close to the soil will not turn into a decent branch so your best bet is to just remove it.

So you would just cut of the small new leaf? Should I cut it at the stem?
The "twin" leaf on the other side is the same color, so I guess that I should just cut that one as well.

I would cut it from the stem. Seems like very nice and healthy plant so you can rest easy, it is all good!

What is the idea behind cutting "sick" leaves?
Are they draining the plant for energy?

Yes,in a slight way they are using plant energy and as the plant gets bigger a lot of the bottom leaves will be shaded and cannot get any usable light and are not doing the plant any good.
