New Grower lighting for seedlings??

hi
just a quick question about lighting...
so ive just got a 125w dual cfl and was wondering when to introduce it to seedlings.....1 day old.....1 week....???

Just keep the bulb far enough away that the heat from the bulb doesn't cook it. Probably about a foot or so. After the plant grows a bit just keep the light as close as possible.
