I've got a bit of an unusual setup in my tent. My purchases have come from whenever and whatever my budget allowed at that time. I started with a 300W (130W Draw) LED and 2x 85W 6700k CFL, I then added a third LED, a 1000W LED (200W draw) and finally also added a 200W CFL (2700k).

The 300W LED runs very cool while the 1000W runs warm. So I tend to have 2 sets of plants running at the same time, a couple in flower and a couple in veg. And then rotate in new ones as the others turn to flower.

I have however, realized that I may not have the best tent layout to maximize the yield through the lighting. I'd be very interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on this. The standard seems to be a central light, thought this is obviously better in cases of MH setups where a lot of lumens are being pushed out over a larger area.

Here's two possible scenarios I've been considering... If anyone has any advice it'd be greatly appreciated. There may be a much more efficient way than either of these...

EDIT TO ADD: My tent is a 1.4m x 1.4m

B looks more practical and better overall light spread. In flower I find they just love light.

Sent from my comfy chair.
