New Grower Lights for auto flower

i have mine on 18.. and its enough for me and i feel im getting full potential from them :D might just be from old habbits of pp plants! but yeah i like my results thus far and training like its rest so :D ofcourse im new to autos so im probably wrong ! haha

You should be good with the 18/6. I've seen more than a few grows on that schedule. Not disputing what you're saying Briman :Sharing One:

Yep i believe so :D and i will try the 20/4 next grow

Thanks Briman... I had just read that a while ago and printed it up! Great info on it...

OK good info to go on... but can anyone tell me what to do with the plants currently on the 12/12 cycle? Can I up the light cycle or ride this one through? The pistels are about 20 - 25% amber/brown... small buds currently... thanks tons....

Up the light schedule. They'll love you for it! You wanna pay more attention to the color of the trichomes, as opposed to the color of the pistils.

I will have to disagree with you on that GB!! Not making waves, but most, and I do mean most, autoflowers will not amber up. They may get darker or cloudy, but most will just go cloudy. There are some strains that will indeed get dark, just like a photo period, but most will not. That is why there is a thread on it. With my growing experience, most of mine, I could not go by the trich's. More reading for ya..

Pay closer attention to your leaves!!!

You know, I stand corrected. I did read that thread by Muddy, but I got so caught up in watching my trichomes, which are ambering, that I forgot about that. Thanks for the reminder Briman!

Sorry Folks... I'm just so confused now (getting different numbers!)... For my plants that are currently on an 18/6 hour schedule for the veg state, what light cycle should they go to the bloom room when they are ready? Thanks for the clarification when they should go in. (and again, can I increase it to that for the plants in bloom room now, currently on a 12/12 cycle? or will that confuse them to much?) thanks all
The more light the better. They all need to be on 18/6 or more the whole way through no matter what stage. Forget about 12/12, thats for photos. Yes increase the lights currently on the flowering plants under 12/12. And get those floros as close as possible as long as you got heat under control. Seems like you may need to do some research on autos. Good luck dude!
