Probably a few to several drops from an eye dropper, depending on your tolerance…I’m guessing.

I think it's more of a sludge than liquid, honestly, but haven't checked it in a week so I dunno lol

True….maybe start with a little less than 1/4 tsp….. maybe 1/8th tsp and go from there…
