This is gonna sound dumb, but I'm almost 40 and I've never had a cavity. I don't do anything special. In fact, I only brush once a day, in the morning. I never floss. I just won the genetic lottery. 23&me says I have gene that makes my bones about 50% more dense than normal. The downside is, I don't float. I can't tread water. I can keep my head above water for about 2 minutes but it requires a lot of work, I can't just relax and float like most people.

The really annoying part is every time, the dentist will bring all the hygenists in to look at my teeth because of how good they are for my age.
I was poor as a kid, so dentistry didn't happen until the toothache stuff didn't work any more, at which time it was pull it or fill it. By the time I was an adult (opinion, I realize ), I had a nice collection of fillings, and a few missing teeth. I recall that, in my forties or so, one dentist remarked that I had pulled that one out of the fire. The childhood history was obvious even though he could tell that all the mischief was much earlier, not recent.

Sadly, I don't float either, but I don't seem to have to work at it as hard as you do. If I try, the feet head south first, followed soon by my head. Maybe in the Dead Sea things would be different. :crying: :pighug:

Nah, was just throwing it in there. Stands for: does it look like I give a flying fu@k…
Yeah, I found it on DDG. It is a good one. :crying:
