What do u think about curing in groove bags?

I doubted the hype but tried them anyways.

It's true they work great for curing if you put them in at the right moisture level and heat seal them.

Plus I use them for long term storage. The only jars I use now are the little ones I replenish in my "active stash"

As long as they are available I'll keep using them.
