I dont get stem rubs. Stems just smell like stems to me. Im not saying theres no basis to it. But they just all smell very similar to me. There are small nuanced differences , but almost nothing that is reflected in the flower after cure. I could see it being a useful tool for breeders i guess to call out minor differences early in life. But as far as using the stem rub to determine the quality of flower seems weird to me. I guess my nose is still not sharp enough.
