News conference coming in 45 minutes. Premier to issue a State of Emergency. This opens the door for the military to be brought in to fight the fire. Can't believe it took this long. My anxiety is better knowing that those who serve have my back.......God Bless them All. If things don't change soon, we are going to leave later today. Will make the call before dark as there is a lot of wildlife fleeing the fire that are hard to spot in the dark. Don't want to be safe from the fire and killed by a moose collision. I'm not an overly religious man but I have to admit I've been saying a few prayers. yours are welcome as well......... :bighug:
Thinking of you Buzzard.

And the moose too.

Stay safe.

If there's dings and dents it creates wet spots. Home insurance will pay for the new roof
Sweet! I shouldn’t have any damage this time….it just lasted a minute or two… but I’ll definitely keep an eye…

:doh:I’m the worst homeowner… I know nothing about how most shit like that works :rofl:

Jeeps Safe? nuff said
They just bounce off the Jeep….any parts that get dented will get replaced by undentable parts (really just the hood and front fenders are in danger)…:headbang: now the Buick parked next to it is another story

I hear ya there we are getting our roof quoted and one of the contractors asked us if we were claiming it for ice damage on our insurance we had no clue that was a thing

My grocery getter is a honda civic, it was a write off after hail. i just took the check and drive a car that looks like a poxy teenager :coffee:
That’s precisely what I would do…except I would tell people that all the tiny dents help it fly more efficiently….like a golf ball :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying: :pass:

On a lighter note.......I went out to the back garden to see how it looked. I tilled in my compost pile this spring, and I dispose of my trim and larf in it. I thought I had cleaned up my seed run real good but I just spotted about thirty little pot plants hanging out with the beans. I guess there were still seeds in my waste pile.....lol If they make it through the fire I'll have to pluck the males and leave a few girls to see how they handle the outdoors. :headbang:
