No. I've seen it used and sold to deter slugs/snails, as they don't like the rough surface so it can be used as a barrier to protect new transplants. I suppose it would have some nutrients, but I would assume being a manure it has the potential for pathogens too.I've never heard of it either. It's a local farm thing. @KIS You ever heard of sheep wool fertilizer?
