I finally started my cold smoke smoker. It's probably pie in the sky shit considering it took me legit 10 years to cut into this tank. Now I need to have like 1000 fires in this thing before I cook in it. Oh, and of course actually build it.

Smash burgers tonight.

we split them, they were fire AF. Side of Durty Rice.. lip smackingly good as well.

My Coworker was there and got the Royal with Egg… I had instant buyers remorse…

Pre-chased down with a Wintergreen IPA that was lovely starting material.
If u cant tell, the next Wed he puts on, ima be in the line again.
