So my recently cut plant is nowhere near dry. But I had an idea. Since I don't burn it, just heat/vape it, then it wouldn't need to be so fully dry yet. RIght? At least for a test smoke.

Yeah, so it works. No issues loading up pretty wet bud into the Pax. Vapor and hits were nice and full. Not a lot of flavor or smell to it but a definite aftertaste of lemon. Hopefully more of that develops when it's fully dried and been curing for a few weeks.

Sure, I've done this during dankrupcy, but otherwise its smoking all the chlorophyll that gets removed by proper curing.

This gives a very grassy flavor, and hides the subtle flavors that a good cure brings out. It's also quite harsh.

Why? Kelp is a natural bud hardner with out the stuff that is bad for you..

I'm using a natural pk booster with sugars in it.

I was led to believe that using kelp through flowering gives higher heavy metals in testing.

Just got the fire update from the government. Another large fire has joined our fire and the winds have picked up and are fanning the fire. It is no longer a question if the fire will hit us, it's just a question of when. They are going to try another backburn outside our subdivision but it looks like it is futile. I will lose an acre of forest but I can deal with that. Losing my home would be something else. My brain is totally numb. When I close my eyes and try to sleep the dreams start and everything is burning. I need to get off this roller coaster. I don't have dependable internet service so I will just log on periodically and keep you posted. Thank you all for the prayers and Karma sent. We will get through this........eventually.

Good luck with it sir, your gro buds here will be rooting for you, please keep us posted, many of us are thinking of you. One thing you might keep in mind is that with your pool as a water source, there is a very good chance that the fire crew can save your home. I have seen remarkable examples of the power of sprinklers, a decent sprinkler setup is easy to underestimate.

I may have to hit u up for your info, and try a grow with RO again. I am so tempted to try a coco grow, but i have the shits of starting over.

What ever you need I'll help the best I can hit me up. Get a starter pack of floraflex nutes and some coco and you'll be just fine just water once a day to runoff. MC one parts work real good too but I really liked how simple and ph stable the flora flex nutes were.

Actually Mark Twain Played a little parlor guitar a Martin model 2 1/2-17 ,I believe the very first one of that model they made(?)(1860's?)
I had this one for a while, sold it, a 1893 Martin 2 1/2-17 (Minty)

Wow, I hope you got what that instrument was worth. Vintage Martins are in a class of their own. Gorgeous case as well

@Badfinger I've got all the megacrop and floraflex nutes you'd need for years. If I can't trade or sell this stuff I'd be happy to give it away to somebody who would use it. Check my threads for the setup. Also includes tents, multiple lights, trimmers, meters, pumps, press, timers, inkbirds; literally everything. There's also a 4 plant autopot setup with spare parts in the attic. I'll know within a month or so
