It feels like the back wheels are on ice or something. No noises or grinding. Feels like gears slipping :pass:
If it's an automatic transmission have you checked the fluid level?
When you say it feels like the gears slipping, does your truck make odd maneuvers, does the suspension change? When you try to get on the gas, does the engine just rev and you don't move or move less than before?

I know you're not a car guy, quite obvious from you asking the question, ya remind me of my cousin. That boy is the total opposite of me when it comes to vehicles................. Painfully so at times!:rofl::rofl::rofl: And that no hit on you! You only know what you've been caught or what you choose to learn.
My dad was absolutely not a car guy. He only ever bought one used car and that was a 49 Ford that he paid $100 for, I think in '65. He could change oil and grease the vehicle, but that's absolutely it. I started being his minor mechanic before was 10 years old. It was all minor stuff and maintenance. He didn't keep cars long enough for anything major.
