that is a pretty good depiction of what we get. I often tell my wife, I'd like to go home with them china folk and eat what they eat at home. Bet its way better.
When I was in high school I worked behind the seafood counter at a local grocery store. Asian folk would come in for our scraps after we filleted the fish, and take the heads. Not sure I'm ready for whatever they were making with that stuff. But they always said we were throwing away the best parts.
