Ernest got his start making commercials for Green's Ice Cream for years before he made it big. I do not know how far Greens is known nation wide, but its made about 30 minutes south of me.

Turkey Hill ice cream also made in Lancaster. Growing up we had a mom and pop corner store at just about every intersection, and they all made their own ice cream. Life was good as a paper boy back then. 10 cents for a double dip of whatever your heart desired.
