Fetch, to our mutt, means charge off at high speed in pursuit, grab the ball, look back at me, and then drop the ball and wait for me to come get it. She also likes to deliberately drop her rawhide chew, and expect that someone will pick it up and return it to her. If someone does, she drops it again. Peeps are so hard to train, what's a dog to do?
You bet, when we left about three weeks ago, my garlic was already fighting its way through the mulch. It should be a foot or two high by now. Right now, the dearest, the hound, and I are enjoying camping near Winthrop, Wa. It will be a couple weeks more before I check on the garlic patch and get the greenhouse going again. If my habanero pepper plants I left with a friend survived, there will be more hot sauce later.

I stopped measuring dli too….the light is full blast at the top of the tent…. I start seedlings at the same time I’m flowering other plants….
