@Son of Hobbes - If your shoulder is injured and you aren't wanting to go to the doc/hospital/surgeon, there is some pretty good peptide therapy available OTC.
There is a nice little stack of two peptides they are calling the "Wolverine stack" due to it's increased healing abilities.
Look up BPC-157 and TB-500. If you are uncomfortable with the idea of needles, they are small insulin needles same as all the weight loss drugs (ozempic), there is an oral version of BPC available but not the TB-500. I am currently on the BPC myself for some chronic tendonitis and knee pain. Less than a week in and I am having significant improvement. This is after trying multiple other options and taking 2 months off physical activity.
