I am having a hankering for some enchiladas tonight! Good thing my mom never wants to cook on market days so gonna get some mexican tonight! Their was a family selling thai street food at todays market and apparently the teriyaki chicken was fire but mom called to ask if i wanted some and when she went back they were sold out! No idea if its related but we got home and pops said i gotta use the restroom and then i will help unload (which is an entire uhaul cargo van load) and i had the whole thing empty before he was out so may be a good thing i didn’t eat from there!
