Was gonna ask you what a yellow storm was yesterday. Know we know it's a warning level. A lot of times before thunderstorms, the sky will yellow. Or maybe thought it could be a sandstorm/lahar floating over from Africa

If you want to see something trippy as fuck, Witness one of those coming across the water of the Persian Gulf.
I watched it come from far over the horizon. This thing was huge! I think it was the most ominous thing I've ever witnessed. And you could hear it too!
When I was a little kid, we used to have very bad dust storms! My mom actually saved some of the dust she swept up off those pine floors and put them in a jar. She gave them to my uncle out in Odessa and said, " I think this is yours!".

I've seen some crazy dust storms come through the valley in Phoenix. You can see them for very long distances also.

Those were tiny and insignificant! Maybe it was so impactful, was because of it being unexpected. As far as oceans go, the Persian Gulf is tiny. Once past the Strait of Hormuz, I would always be vastly more apprehensive.

I'd say it was kind of like the sandstorm scenes of the Scorpion King movie.............X10!
