Italy just made ALL hemp and hemp production illegal. Such a backwards step since most of the world is doing the opposite.
Isreal, who has led the world in medical cannabis research, is now imposing a 160% terrif on imported cannabis (from Canada at least)
A note to the legalization issues:
Before legalization, government issued medical cannabis was crap.
We relied on non profit compassion clubs for good medical weed.
When legalisation occurred the compassion clubs were shut down, making way for licensed dispensaries.
With the exception of very few, most licensed producers are only interested in the big dollars (recreational strains) making the best medical varieties very hard to find.
Also budtenders are not legally allowed to discuss effects and medical potentials....
So while legalization us definitely a good thing it has destroyed the medical use community PLUS we now pay heavy taxes because it is not sold as a prescription.
Lots of good reasons to grow my own.
