You got that problem too. I got a couch in my break room at work and theres always someone sawing logs on it. Some 3rd shifters sleep half their shift in there, no management on 3rd.

You are a better man than I sir. I dont rat, but I aint covering thats for sure. If it was someone I liked maybe a different story. I like that couch and Im worried they are gonna get rid of it soon. Would be a shame because they just bought a new one and its nice. Reclining seats and a massager!

And here I am applying at other places because I hate my coworkers and management's inability to weed out the problem employees. Im ripping my hair out every day at the amount of extra stuff I had to do because the guy before me just flat out didn't feel like it

My production supervisor told my verbatim " If you came in with the mindset everything is gonna be fucked up, maybe you wouldn't be so high strung"

I mean that makes em an asshole but also, til u find something better , if only for your own benefit, just expect it to be a shit show
