No chocolate until Friday when we hit the ex-pat shop.......Spanish chocolate is just not the same as UK chocolate......it is Taste deficient...

What brands/level of chocolates are you buying? Big difference in quality everywhere. Mercadona line chocolates vs specialty stores...Seems to me British chocolates are like the US as in they are creamier(high fat oils) and more sweet while Spanish and most other Euro chocolate is much higher in cocoa percentage and not as sweet.

I like both both, but prefer the higher cocoa percentages
