Ya i said i didn’t like smoked brisket…or ribs! Now some of the stuff @Frankthetank posts may change my mind! I will eat some smoked pork, chicken, turkey, or even some honey ham! Usually brisket tho it cooks so long it has too much of a smoky flavor for my taste!

You gotta use the brisket as an ingredient in something, then you would probably dig it….tacos or sliders or something…

The ribs are pork….if you like pulled pork, it’s very similar to the rib meat…..
