Morning slow start.....time for an XL #Smokebreak ....







Got the shopping done yesterday.....and today's work plan sorted......3 x Lavender and 2 Basil.... I've been having fantasies about fresh mozzarella..basil and punchy tomatoes.........sigh....

I was going to recommend this to @Cerebral Goo for Scooby Snacks.......6 small slices for around a dollar....

handy when you can't eat a full pack.....then found out he could manage a full pack.....

Thanks for looking out Mossy! Wish those were a dollar here! That would be $6-7 here. You can get some Serrano here in the US. but not much Iberico. BS import laws. There are whole legs here and there, but the quality isn't the same as there are only a couple companies that are allowed to import. What you can get pales in comparison of what you can get there. Not only that, I'd have a whole leg on the counter if I lived there!

There are a couple of really good American style hams here that are thin sliced like Spanish and Italian hams. There is a company called Bentons that makes amazing goods. From whole hams, to thin sliced, and bacon. Their bacon is super smokey and super tasty. Your house smells like a camp fire when cooking it

I thought with you having Aldi and Lidl there some products would be similar.

We couldn't resist when we got here..leg..stand..knife to carve it thin ..threw a tea towel over it like the bars do....then got up one day and it was absolutely crawling with red ants.........never seen them in the house before or after....so we eat packets now...or fresh cut...most of the supermarkets do fresh cut...

Here ya go Auntie! It's a nice thick mug. I warm it up with hot water prior to making coffee in it, so it will stay hotter longer.
But I only drink one cup out of it before I switch to my thermal. I would drink too much coffee otherwise!
Coffee just tastes different in a regular ceramic mug.

Ohh boy! I get to go to a new pain management consult early this afternoon.

I wonder what kind of stupid things these people will come up with this time!

Supposedly this hospital system has gotten a lot of awards. I'm not holding my breath!

I'll bet they'll probably come up with some sort of injections or some sort of burning of nerves as their recommendations.
