The super awesome corn dogs from the texas state fair that i was talking about have an option outside of fair months! Apparently in Dallas their is a big fancy food truck park and they have a permanent truck there! Bro in law hit it up the other day!

That square is actually underneath a main highway thru downtown dallas and its a cool spot called Klyde Warren park! They have tons of food trucks and restaurants and do outdoor concerts and shit there! Mom has to go to Dallas tomorrow morning so may bring some home for lunch :eyebrows::headbang::vibe::rofl:

Oh and only $8 for a giant corny doggy vs like $12 or $13 at the fair! So much for a 20% markup! :crying:

Funny, but the 20% reference was just to equate it with the percentage they are/were charging for "rent"

That sounds like what lecithin does, emulsifies infused oil so it dissolves in water and gets absorbed quicker.
Exactly….although it’s not the only emulsifier, which is what I was getting at…(I took a molecular gastronomy class while in culinary school…..various foams, and gels, and other foods that aren’t steak)

      :pass:

But I can't help but wonder what McGuiver would do with it?

May be sacrilege, but I like Italian beefs more than cheesesteaks. Wouldn't turn either down, just sayin. Best one in the last few years was actually in Milwaulkee. An Italian grocery store called Glorioso's. Bangin!

I couldn’t agree more….. by the end of the cheesesteak, I don’t want it anymore. By the end of an Italian beef, I want another Italian beef….:headbang::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::pass:
