Yeah mines been on the list that long too I did another spot where is goes to a crawl space last year but tents have been in my way to do this. I just used mortar mix cause mine is cobble stone just replace stones and mortar it all :shrug:I did notice with the rain we had a leak it was coming through the foundation totally different good spot. Wife says it coming from the fucked up spot in the roof where ice built up and now the water runs down the house have to have a contractor look at that. That would be the first leak it’s just been been for structural and cosmetic up to that.

If ya post some picks of the spots, I can try and see what's goin on. Never really had to deal with roofing ice dams since I ve never worked in those climates, but know if the roof isn't flashed right, it can be bad and can leak back into the structure. Usually a fairly easy fix if it hasn't been going on too long.

Older exposed mortar walls are a double edged sword. Ya want to seal it up so moisture doesn't wick through, but at the same time, it will trap moisture in the mortar/brick and degrade it over time if sealed from the inside. Expensive, but best sealed on the exterior if coming through the foundation wall. Also depends on how long you plan on living there...

Sitting here digesting the infused maple syrup oatmeal, with a dab of peanut butter.

As soon as the pain relief kicks in, I'm going to let the inner leather face come out and get some trees trimmed up

You got dabs in your peanut butter?

""you got your dabs in my Reeses, you got your Resses in my dabs"

Gonna be a long day! Gotta help my sis in her restaurant. She's closed on Sundays, so ya get the mother's day crowd along with a local college graduation on top of it. Will do around 650 dinners from 3-6pm!. That's a lot of friggin food. Will be the expo on the sever side which is one of the hardest spots to be.

Doobers and cocktails when done! Just no rails like the good ole days of food and bev...

I'm not exactly sure where outside just noticed it seeping through the foundation after I pulled tents down last weekend when it was pouring rain for 2 days. Told the wife and then she informed me of the spot on the front of the house haven't looked at it yet. We have two drive ways I use the back one so I never see the front of house except by drive by. It's on the list now will be getting taken care of very soon don't think it's something I want to handle myself for what it is would rather have it done by someone that knows what they are doing........

You travel for work? :pass:
