So Im in the tent trimming up and getting all the budsites exposed, lollipopping a bit. You know the drill

These 2 branches on the mimosa are kinda making me a little nervous. Like I said a couple weeks ago its like the plant grew another branch inside those to branches at the top after I split the one side off the maristem

Each branch has 2 tops almost like siamese twins, 4 fan leaves out of each node as well as 4 secondary branches. So far only 1 branch actually grows the rest just turn into suckers but Ive never seen a plant do this and Im worried that the bud formations around there are going to be too dense leading to bud rot.View attachment 1742785View attachment 1742786

That is absolutely a polyploid! Look at that bud! and another tell is that flat stem by your fingers where all those growths are coming out! The stems get flat almost like ribbon as opposed to the regular round stems. You will have some work ahead pf you to keep everything copacetic, but you have to potential for some really potent buds and or a very heavy yield! Those aren’t guaranteed but are very probable!
