And there is no such thing as a 'Knock N Talk' on my property. Without a warrant, law enforcement has the same rights and limitations as any other public stranger. So with a chain and lock on the only entry gate with registered "Posted...No Tresspassing" signs posted in accordance with State statutes, strangers have no right to be legally on MY property.
Since the government seems to insist on hiring personnel with less than room temperature IQs, you may have to explain the situation in some very simple terms for them to comprehend.

been in 3 raids and the warrants were obtained in a matter of hours from the time of the initial investigation. Now, that was at a pot shop so idk what the rules are pertaining to your home in your state but I'm sure its just as easy.

Grow a couple of different breeder's of 1:1 plant strains. This is the only time you will hear me recommend defoliating. When planning to make salve pick beautiful green leaves at their prime and process them in light olive oil. Low heat and slow. Get fresh leaves from as many different plants as you have available to you. Save this oil to process some buds that you harvest at their peak at the clear trichome stage, then again with buds allowed to ripen too long to form CBN. You need to keep straining and adding oil so you have about 2 cups of very strong oil when done infusing. Then just mix in bee's wax to get the consistency you are looking for. The more times you are willing to do a leaf extraction the more effective your salve will be. It is messy and a PITA but will make a good salve. I have a couple of peeps with bad arthritis that swear by my salve for pain relief.
What is 127°F the face of that dial in the sun? still hot! it is just in the shade from you taking the picture?
IMPE CBD grown on a THC plant has better medicinal effects on me than that of a CBD plant. YMMV

No u don’t get weed on our medical its only gummies, pills, or an inhaler at the moment and its expensive AF!

It's like the Lt governors Senate Bill 3. You need to follow the money to find the true intent of the legislators that enacted the legislation. Different ends of the spectrum, but people are still gonna make money .
Is it a step in the right direction, yeah but it's a baby step .......maybe a baby stumble.
The good thing in Texas have that is that the new legislation date has passed. They can only modify what's been heard so far................... I don't know whether that is what has actually been presented in committee and made it out of committee to pass it along to the House. I really don't see SB3 making it through the house in any form, but there can be some last minute surprises.
The House has a stupid Hemp bill. It outlaws some stuff and then it regulates other things, but some of those regulations go past California Legislation stupid!
And a lot of that California Legislation stupidness is on the end seller. Here's an example: The little old lady that runs the vape store in town would have to have some sort of new certificate that it complies with the new law for each and every product that she sells. She has to pay a fee for each certificate.
Well there ya go! Texas medical program isn't as far along as some would think. So Texas and idaho are like I said "in the same boat" aka probably not going to be legalized in a way that we would all want. All we can do is hope the feds get their heads unlodged so everyone has the access they want/need..
