Sorry I was a downer earlier.
I managed a 20 minute meditation which helped my mood and just had my first J of the day a while ago so I'm comfortable.

I could revisit that policy!

I knew I was headed into a house meeting and it's better to be sober.

But yeah. I think a little toke with my morning cup and other meds might be my new ritual.

Today I need more muchness.
I'm going for a 1-2 punch.
I'll make a strong cup of Bhang using decarbed El Chapo as a base and vape from there.
