Honestly, other than sometimes, it will usually be one or the other…. Dude needs a dog friend, but also needs fewer walks per day…. He’s six years old, and we’ve walked 4+ miles most days of his life…. And his arthritis is catching up. This way, there’s always a dog for me to walk (I cannot do fewer walks….they’re what keeps the stiffness from arthritis at bay….plus I ain’t trying to be a fatty boombatty lol)…and there’s always a dog watching the house….except for when we all go for the occasional outing….
