I like tacos but really only from trucks. I've never had a good taco from a restaurant, and anything beyond a taco is a no go for me. Enchiladas, tamales, empanadas, chimichangas, all that stuff just doesn't sit right, but for some reason taco trucks just hit the spot.

I'm not huge on Mexican food because I usually have to order everything without half of the shit on it. I usually get tacos with just meat or meat and cheese. But a lot of the stuff is pretty good without half of the shit on it

You sound a lot like me, that's exactly how I am. Except tacos, however they are served off the truck is how I eat them.
