@Mossy couple more picz of my empress tree flowerz, and the tree as a whole....like i said, it jus showed up wild one day right beside the old half-dead pine tree, which, as u can see, i've been trimmin branchez from, slow but sure....once the empress getz big enuff, i'll be able to jus get rid of the pine altogether....this is only the 4th year for the empress & it'z already about 10.5 ft tall they say they're the fastest growing treez in the world & can sometimez grow 20 ft their first year
and to give an idea of jus how big they get, here'z a pic of the same kinda tree at the next door place....not sure how long it'z been there....probly since the 60'z or so....the new guy wantz to cut it down, but i should mebbe mention to him how valuable the wood is....there'z more than one story online about diff peepz around the world that have had 30-40 ft empress treez growin in their yard....they go to sleep one night, the tree is there....they wake up the next morning & the tree is gone, becuz sumbody came in the middle of the night & chopped it down, in order to sell the wood....it'z the lightest wood there is, but is also the most dense, and that'z what makez it worth so much....actually, my tree most likely came from a stray seed from this big one....they're actually considered an invasive speciez
and boy, my lilliez are wantin to pop soooooo bad....i was hopin yesterday'z rain would make it happen, but not yet ppp
They’re very exotic…. They were flown in all the way from the Amazon…. Send a carrier pigeon to find raised garden beds…. They were around 60 clamshells for two…
That’s sounds perfect we went from highs in the 50’s Sunday Monday to 80f and now almost 90f today. When I went fishing Sunday morning it was below 45f
