Thanks @Frankthetank. When I married her, her mom called me aside for a sit-down and told me, "She's a good girl, gets up early, works hard, always positive, never complains, but there's one thing... she can't cook." After 34 years she's definitely getting the hang of it though. Her niece was here from Colombia in December & January cooking amazing meals every day. Maybe that's what inspired the wife.
