In the UK there is a minimum wage and if they don't stick to it they will get prosecuted.

We have had a couple of places the take the servers tips.........that is normally sorted as soon as the public find out about it....and boycott the business..

I'm sure it was taken through court and it is against the law now too.

Each state has its own minimum wage. But certain jobs are exempt from it

I put some water in it and eventually collects a lot of the drippings too

Actually Mark Twain Played a little parlor guitar a Martin model 2 1/2-17 ,I believe the very first one of that model they made(?)(1860's?)

So Im thinking about switching from the fox farm synthetic/organic approach, to completely organic. Has anyone here used purple cow indicanja as a medium before? If so how did it preform?
