I look at it this way… the universe will signal me that it’s time to move again by knocking down my house and alleviating me of my mortgage… if I live, I get to pick a new spot again…. If I die…

It’s part of your homeowners insurance… there’s one pay out if you want to rebuild on the current land, or a different cash out option… both are higher than the mortgage amount….

I pay $20 a month for unlimited washes! Comes in handy when like on Wednesday i wash the car and 4 hours later rain shows up outta nowhere!
