This is a sign u are supposed to keep the house and let her get an apartment!

I could keep it and rent a room out. But I'd never be able to take care of any problems or the big projects that have to be done the next couple years. But I think I found a spot with a den today that I may be able to grow in if the maintenance dudes are cool

We're gonna find out. Initial plan is to get a fake wall kinda thing to hide stuff behind in the den. Hopefully that's where the next tent can go eventually. Can't really keep extra raccoon traps and shit in my bedroom if I ever expect to get laid again

Impossible to find apartments around here that allow pit bull mixes or 2 dogs over 40 lbs.
Pain in the nuts Think I found a spot today though hopefully

Unfortunately its like that in a lot of rental properties
