Good Morning friends......good news is we got an inch of rain on the fires. It's not enough to douse the flames but it has dampened them enough that we might be able to contain the fire. If they can get to the point where the fire is contained, We will return home but not unpack in case it flares again. It is cool and light showers are expected again. Hoping the wind dies down so they can fight from the air as well. Have an awesome Sunday and stay lit to keep this vibe alive.

Funny story -

I know my neighbor grows weed. He's told me he has. His dad passed and left him his farm, and he grows out there.

He knows my wife smokes, and the other day asked me if she'd want to buy any.

His "friend" had a good year and had a surplus and has a few pounds to get rid of. $25 for a 1/4 ounce. Which...first of all, thats kind of a crap deal compared to what I can go to the dispensary and get it for. Especially for weed grown outside and you have no idea what it is, besides "primo shit".

But anyways....

I've been growing 20 feet from his back door for 3 years and he clearly has no idea if he's trying to sell me his.

On one hand, I would love to show him my setup, but on the other, loose lips sink ships and I don't need him telling other people and me getting broke into.

We were all setup like 45min before the market opened but there is a new vendor this week that is doing some kinda mini pancakes so i may go back before it closes so i can get an order to eat in the car while the parents get the totes packed and closed for me to load! There is a bomb ass food truck that makes fresh fried pies but they are like $10 so the one my parents got a ways back is all i have had cuz i ain’t spending that kinda money on 1!
