Whipping up some homemade arroz con leche been experimenting with different toppings the ole lady likes the pumpkin spice version I made, she requested that for dessert today

Mexican chocolate…..cocoa powder, touch of cayenne, cinnamon and a little brown sugar…

My personal favorite is a crossfaded concoction I made with cheesecake filling graham cracker powdered up made into by layers in a bowl of arroz con leche, cracker powder, cheese cake, arroz con leche. Then topped off with a little bit of strawberry puree. Only made that a few times as I'm not trying to become a diabetic
