High 80’s low 90’s this week for us with nights in the low 60’s

Chicken Wings on deck. Smoked them for 2 1/2 hours 225f in blend of oak,mesquite,cherry, apple wood , then they get a flash fry for that crispy skin before hitting them with sauces.

110 is pretty high for here. We might get a day or 2 like that in August. Maybe. But June is nuts
