if ur talkin about either the mississippi or missouri riverz, i don't live anywhere near either of em....the mississippi runz along the eastern border of the state & the missouri is along the western border....i live in the middle, so.... ppp

It seams that there is a test in each grow. How you handle it can make go from ok to shit to fanfreak'ntastic.These past couple times the battle is humidity. I think I think I might be building a dedicated grow closet this winter. Basically a walk-in cooler that is air tight, insulated and locked.

I'm having a hard time keeping the temperature down on the basement grow when it's hot and humid out. The dehumidifier puts out a lot of heat and the portable AC set at 80⁰ runs full time and sometimes can't keep up.

Ya, this has been a tough spring/early summer. My temps stay reasonable but the humidity will climb to the the upper 70%. The worst is I have a dehumidifier down there now but the internal pump isn't working right and I have to remember to empty the bin every 1-2 hours. The garden flowers are loving the extra water but I can't keep up. I think it will be better once I harvest. The veging plants don't really mind the extra heat and humidity.
