That is actually a good boss... ..I used to say..the bosses know what you are up to... they'll Use it when they want you..fairy'snuff..

One day.. against union advice the bosses installed CCTV in the men's toilet/changing area.
They knew all the fiddles were going on in there..and they were right.....but there were also people stripping down to their underwear as well......

So the very day after it was installed..it was stolen.. completely gone....

In the afternoon I got the whisper that they were doing a stop and search on every car leaving site that day.

I stopped into every area..just letting one know..full car search tonight...I'm not even asking who did it..but be aware...

The message came back..Mossy..stop worrying......it went left site last night......

my laptop runz to my Yamaha stereo via HDMI cable, and from there to a 32" tv via a second HDMI cable....ez pz ppp

I do the same with a second 20” monitor downstairs or 50” tv when I use it up stairs just it plug it in and go right from pc to tv

Well..at one time it was an accepted perk for wagon drivers to have a bit fiddle on the side.. their basic wage was crap..

But cost cutting or a buy out means they Try to eradicate it...fine...give them a living wage then.... ...

I did have one of the dairy wide boys come up to me and he says I want a straight answer...if I get caught with this milk in my boot tonight...
Can they sack me...coz I actually stole it yesterday...I just forgot to take it out of the car......?..

@Cobstopper ..I was the Union gaffer.....if I could stop the buggers before they got sacked...it saved me and the shop stewards 4 months of appeals and a tribunal...

Good morfnoevight all you happy Thursday stoners. I know it is Thursday because I had a lab appointment at 7:30 this morning. I like to schedule those labs as early as possible because they are always fasting tests. I can get them over with before my stomach even knows I am up

I've got an infection somewhere @PinkyNotTheBrain ...had 1 test and antibiotics..this is my recall..pee test...and I'll take a bet stronger antibiotics when I go back next Wednesday for the results... ..nowt to worry about...I just hate being tied up with doctors...... especially 1 year into the next..I like to start a new year with a clean slate..I'm superstitious like that.......

What do you take as a standard glucose level...?...hubby went for his and it was just over 9(0) and the nurse said that was high..but I didn't think it was too bad.....

If you are talking about an A1c test nine is a diabetic diagnosis with an average blood glucose of 212 in mg/dl or and more likely 163 in mmol/l. My Doctor would call 163 a diabetic. If you are talking blood glucose then 90 is normal for a non-diabetic. Here is a chart with the numbers and how they relate. A1c is an average of what your BG was over the past 90 days.

I made chili beans for dinner last night. I simmered smoked ham hocks in boxed chicken stock (no sense in using my homemade bone broth) till the meat fell off the bone added some Gephardt's chilli powder and canned beans (pinto and Kidney). It was delicious. Served with a green salad and fresh cornbread muffin with lots of butter.

Breakfast when I got home from the lab. Turkey bacon and egg sanny on a GF muffin, kale, fresh pineapple and delicious espresso.

I have seen tablets at a reasonable price with a 15 inch screen.

This one is an 11 inch lcd screen and it has some really good accessory apps for magnification and accessibility. I just miss the point and click with a mouse.
