Do you like or dislike spreadsheets....?.. :coffee: ...I honestly define brain tic types on this.. even on site we have a divide between the members who love them..or Hate them.

I find having the information helpful when I'm feeling exhausted just to say to hubby look...I got 5 hours of sleep and I was awake for ages at 4 am...
He's an over sleeper..no concept...but if I sleep 5 hours and he slept 10..he kinda gets why I'm not moving off the settee that day..:coffee2:... don't poke the bear...:tonic:..or you might get bitten...

I have got up, achieved motivational food and caffeine, shopping delivered and put away, laundry dealt with.....

What did motivational food consist of? My buddy dropped me a dozen farm fresh eggs; thinking about making a killer omellete. A buddy of mine asked to come over and trip, so going to get a full belly before the fungus among us.
 
This is what I think is invaluable...and why we'll all be wearing them in 5 years....:doc3:...coz simply by wearing one I am provide my details to a health professional if they want them..they are my health history.

If I went to the docs now and said I'm having problems sleeping..the first thing he's likely to say is..start tracking your sleep patterns..and we'll look at it..lots of people think they don't sleep..when they actually do...so they'll say keep a written record..try some relaxation moves and come back...

And I'd guess a minimum of 3 doctor appointments..for you that pay for them...just to get to that point ...

I just go BOOM Bitch..pick the snot out of that.....:crying:..there is a years worth of stats on my sleep..in every sleep/awake stage you want...:headbang:...now cure me:pass:.

I've saved 3 doctors fees minimum..just by wearing it...:doc3:....
 
Sleep..wait..non sleep pattern the same or worse...?..

I always find it hard to define which triggers the other...but if my pain is flared it makes my pillow feel like trying to sleep on a kerbstone..and even if I sleep it is more fractured sleep....:coffee2:..so you wake up tired.

Usual breakfast, sadly, nothing interesting. Weetabix, granola and yoghurt. I'm just not able to function with low blood sugar. So, it was bowlaweetabixntea in bed this morning.

Eggs sound good. I've promised the child I'll make non-medicated brownies with mini-eggs, so I'll need regular eggs too. Pop some over this way please. 😁
