You of all people have never heard of chicken wing dip? It's shredded chicken in a creamy buffalo wing sauce mixture. You use Tostitos chips to eat it like a hot wing on a chip. To me it's a traditional dish to pass kind of food for party's but wife makes it for us cause we don't get out

@Mossy chocolate you say???

The bundt cake place had their first cake ever with chocolate frosting! Its marble cake and those little round beads are actually chocolate marbles!

Also good thing i noticed and said something! Pointed out to my mom that smaller cat George was still hanging in the garage every day but the bigger cat diesel was nowhere to be found! My mom went and asked the lady who had been watching their dog and i guess dude didn’t pay his electric bill and it was shut off on Thursday so the lady moved all her stuff out and i guess the cat snuck in while she was moving out so he had been locked in the house since Thursday night! He’s probably gonna eat like a hungry hungry hippo tonight!

My heart went PVC last night after dinner. It lasted too long. I drank a sport drink with potassium and it went back to a normal rhythm in about 10 minutes. My potassium was low in the blood test at the bottom of the green area. So it could slip too low easily. There are several things that can be contributing to this: insulin, the diuretic I take for blood pressure and my diet. Some of the best sources for potassium I avoid for one reason or another. Beef because I am allergic to anything from the bovine family, spinach because of the oxalic acid contributes to my kidney stones, baked potatoes with the skin because of the high carbs, you get the gist. I need to get with my doc and figure this out before it kills me. It takes a lot out of me when I have an irregular heart rhythm event. I feel like shit today.

Morning @Mañ'O'Green .. I've read this argument while I was homeworking mine and no one seems to have a conclusive answer...I know at the time the conclusion was only eat grass fed beef.....if I had to find grass fed beef here..I just wouldn't be eating beef..

Mind...I know the goats round here get fed on the best grass and vegetables..coz they clear all the farmers fields.....I'm thinking of Kid-napping...

Oh, ok. I thought I read at one point that the reason you don’t eat beef is because it eats grains, which set off your issues..

I am allergic to anything from the bovine family. That includes whey from cows, they put it in everything to pump up the protein numbers. I have to read the ingredient list on everything I eat twice because sometimes I glaze over stuff and just miss it.

Bacon Turkey Cheese Burger with kale for dinner.

Ham and cheese omelet with an avocado (potassium) for breakfast. Espresso was good. I need to roast coffee today.

@Frankthetank I looked at the elk site. I don't have freezer space for a large purchase to get free shipping and I would want to test a single burger to see how I tolerate it. Shipping is high and I need to solve this heart rhythm problem first. Thank you for your input and follow up.
