PffftSo, it's time to reconsider my rosin press choices.
As a mechanical savant I'm inclined to go for overkill, more thermal mass, more even pressure etc etc. This doesn't always ultimately serve my practical needs though.
At what point is it diminishing returns? My real criteria for choice is what is going to extract the most from the puck percentage wise? At what point does my return taper off on my investment?
I plan to alcohol extract the pucks afterwards anyway.
I don't care about the time involved, and likely I won't ever press more than a qtr z at once.
Dualytek seems to be good value, some good choices under 1k. Then there's the Nugsmasher. Is the only bad thing the price? I do like the idea of lifetime warranty and assembled here.
