Good Morning All.........it is supposed to get to +4 Celsius today so I pulled a small 10 pound turkey out and I'm going to fire up the smoker and give it a slow roast. Didn't brine it .....just stuffed herbed butter between the skin and meat and all over the inside, then put a generous coating of barbecue rub on. Can't wait to get the Pit Boss fired up......a sure sign that spring is coming......
