I feel like shit, my heart started playing skip a beat. I think the Robitusin DM is the cause. I have not taken any in years because it had that effect on me before but I needed to keep this damn cold out of my chest. Damned if I do damned if I don't.

The German Chocolate Cupcakes, I cannot eat any as they are wheat and cow's butter. The coconut is not a problem for me.

I have been absolutely free of any gluten free products for 5 months.

For Christmas I got a gluten free chocolate cake mainly for hubby..cough..cough..

(yeah..yeah... .. everybody breaks their diet at Christmas..)

1 piece...one scabby little piece that big.....and I was out in the imuno rash and itchy scalp in 24 hours....just absolutely not worth it for me.....

Same with tatties..I hadn't had any for 5 months..had some fish and chips...and honestly had 4 chips...then didn't think and grabbed some of hubbys crisps later when he was munching..double dose tatties....Immuno rash by the next morning..

Looks like I'll be sticking to protein..veg or salad for the rest of my life.....TF I can still eat chocolate without an immune reaction..or I swear I'd die...

Morning @Drownomatic ..I started off just thinking Gluten/wheat problem..but I'm thinking more all carbs ATM..

I can live without gluten free products..the only stuff we use is gluten free bread..biscuits..and cake..we never touch the pasta or anything ..too strong...so we are used to living without it anyway...but the speed and simplicity of being able to have a damn sani drives me crackers.....
