Not sure u can change the annoying bits! Like notifications…if someone replies to u its a bit more of a task going into the specific notifications to get to replies! Nothing major just annoying enough for me to be a complainer!

The "Alerts" should be the catch-all for notifications. I'm looking at mine, one click and it's all the replies to my posts, all the likes to my posts, etc. I can scroll down it as a list. And if I can click on the buttons if I only want to see those specific alerts.

It's like you just divided by 0 on a calculator and you're angry at the answer. When all you had to do was type 80085, and you would have spelled BOOBS and had a way better time.

The new AFN is for those of us that type 80085 on calculators, bro.

I would like if there was an easier "what's new" button. I think there is one & I just haven't figured it out yet. Also since it's not the full final version it's possible the things we are all waiting on or looking for will be there eventually.

Evening everyone went for a snowmobile adventure this weekend probably the last of the year buddy got a cabin up north so we stayed right up there good time pretty whooped today. Found a sled I think @Fermented_Fruitz could handle lol

Hey we will get there. Failure is not an option. There is no rolling over in a ditch somewhere, covering ourselves with leaves, and hoping no one touches our butts (this is the definition of failure to me, btw.)

1. Well it's a work in progress. We've stated that since day 1. Rather than saying "it sucks," it would far better to explain exactly what you don't like, what would make it flow easier, and how we could better lay things out.

2. I've just implemented a fix for the scrolling issue that should nip this complaint in the bud.

3. This is the most modern forum software in the world. Most of the media items are "lazy loaded," meaning it's not even fetching a request until you're within viewing distance. While the two softwares load images differently, there are currently no concerns with the site loading properly even on lower end devices.

Really my only complaint so far was the endless scrolling lol I rarely ever use any other features of the site except for chat, haven't really clicked around much here or on the new site but if I notice something I'll let you know. Personally when I visit a forum, I want it to feel like a forum not necessarily reddit, i like organization and most recent stuff first in my screen. It's a lot of the reason I'm not active on Facebook, IG, X, or other social media sites, they try to prioritize what I want to see, instead of showing me what people have posted most recently and then serving me notifications when someone interacts with something with something directly to me. Outside of work I've all but quit using social media platforms for interacting with friends and family, like wtf do I care what an active person shared a week ago instead of what they shared 5 minutes ago, same thing with reddit. Not sure if any of those complaints translate to the new site or not like I said I don't really click around much. I'll play around with it a bit later this evening and see if I can come up with any reasonable and sensible recommendations.
