15 years of my life..almost every day of my life..rain or shine..sigh..

All the good times and I have to say some bloody bad ones.

I think..after all the hard lessons we have learned along the way...and members we have now..time for a rebirth...

Remember...we reported site issues in November and we still have no fix.....we didn't want to move. We were pushed.

I don't think anyone appreciates how much you and me being available in LS 24 hours a day and the members knowing that if there is any crap going off they rely on one of us will be available to sort it out pronto.
It's a comfort blanket for everyone that we work together...makes them feel Safe in their own home..

Our decision to go passive moderating on LS was one of the best decisions we've made for site... ..but it took the two of us to swing it..
And it's going to be even more important if we have an influx of new members who join with antisocialmedia attitudes.

Who else is prepared to work 12 hour switch shifts with me 7 days a week ...?......no one else.

And.. you'd be depriving us of Gracie...selfish twat....
