Free tree...?......they self seed here..and we rip them out as soon as we notice them germinate.

They are absolutely vicious...saw blade stems and spikey leaves. If you don't get them out small..you get ripped to bits.

Gotta be over 100 euros worth of plant there..for the picking..and I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.....

We watched the previous couple next door work..hard work that plot..weed it.. membrane.. gravel and plant the plot....and ...all that work was for nowt huh...?......

Mmmmm..off the top of me head I don't know @Drownomatic ..but I'll have a Google... ... better than razor wire...

So is Bougainville..the prettiest razor wire you can buy...nothing could get through a Bougainville hedge without a chainsaw....

Yup..for definite..and it's got to be relatively hardy..our winter has been cold this year..plus.. untouched by human hand.
It's grown itself..
